No joke, there is even a conspiracy here in Luxembourg, that the Lux government has made a secret deal with the UEFA and FIFA to make sure that Luxembourg is regulary in the same group as Portugal.

Why is that a legit conspiracy here?

1.    In the last 20 years Portugal was indeed conspicuously often in the same group as Luxembourg.
2.    The portuguese are the largest minority group here (by far). Other than Luxembourgers, the portuguese usually watch Football. (Luxembourgers don't really care about Football, we care about cycling) The only time the Stadium is sold out is when Portugal plays. With other words: Luxembourg usually profits a lot when Portugal plays. Full stadium, lots of merchandise and stuff.
