Julio Cesar- 6.5: Made a great reaction save early on a deflected effort and dealt with corners and crosses very well.

Maicon- 6: Not a vintage performance from the Confederations Cup winner, but he did his duty, marauding up and down the right flank.

Lucio- 5.5: A competent performance for large portions of the match, but he let Tiribocchi slip by to score the equaliser late in the match.

Cordoba- 7: Excellent in the air, making a number of crucial blocks and clearances. Inter did not miss Walter Samuel.

Chivu- 6.5: Shaky in the first-half, but he vastly improved in the second and looked unbeatable in the left-back position.

Zanetti- 5.5: Another hard-working performance from the 36-year-old captain. However, there were no real highlights during his afternoon.

Sneijder- 7: Once again proved to be the key man for Inter in terms of creating chances, assisting Milito for the goal and also hitting the crossbar. Had he not been sent off for a second bookable offence, he would have been given a higher rating.

Cambiasso- 7.5: One of the best defensive midfielders in the world. He was excellent in his position and recovered plenty of loose balls for the Nerazzurri.

Balotelli- 6: Behaved himself and participated in a few attacking moves before being substituted in the second-half. Mourinho will be pleased with his effort.

Milito- 7: Showed great strength to ride a couple challenges and slot past Coppola to open the scoring for Inter and move into double digits in the Serie A scoring charts.

Eto'o- 6.5: Was much more effective when moved into a central position after Inter were reduced to ten-men, but could not find the winner.

Substitutes

Stankovic- 6: Came on to add some spark after Sneijder's red card and sparked a couple of counter-attacking forays.

Thiago Motta- 6.5: Nearly gave Inter all three points in injury time, but was robbed by Coppola.

ATALANTA

Coppola- 7.5: Saved a point for his side with a brilliant injury-time save on Thiago Motta and was attentive and safe throughout the 90 minutes.

Garics- 6: Struggled to deal with the pace of Eto'o early, but stopped a counter when Inter had numbers going forward.

Bianco- 6: A solid, if unspectacular, performance from the centre-back.

Manfredini- 5: Milito shrugged him aside very easily as he put Inter in front early. He needs to show more confidence at the back.

Bellini- 5.5: Got forward well enough, but could not contain the likes of Maicon down the right and also struggled when dealing with the pace of Balotelli.

Pinto- 6: The Brazilian looked sharp early, but faded as the match wore on and is clearly short of match fitness after such a long injury lay-off.

Padoin- 6.5: He was willing to get involved at both ends and always provided an option for his team-mates. Great job.

De Ascentis- 7: Sitting in front of the back four, the Italian had a great first half and dispossessed the visitors on a number of occasions.

Guarente- 6: A mediocre match for the tough tackling midfielder, who was eventually sacrificed in Atalanta's successful search for an equaliser.

Ceravolo- 5.5: Had a nice curling effort on goal early and got into wide positions, but did not contribute frequently enough.

Acquafresca- 6: Against his former side, the youngster did nothing to prove Inter were wrong to give him away. Only earning a couple of half chances.

Substitutes

Tiribocchi- 7.5: The veteran striker did well to score his sixth of the season and also set up his team-mates in the latter stages of the match.
