原因是在果泥、胃酸等酸性环境中，6价铬可能（may，比较确定的可能）被转化为低毒性的3价铬
说铬是为了说铅的来源。铅、铬比符合铬酸铅中的元素比例。又对其中6价铬的毒性影响进行了说明（个人认为可能是为了避免对6价铬毒性带来的误导），认为其应该会被转化为低毒的3价。
