岗位要求
Basic Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of relevant engineering experience in industry
2.experience leading a software development team through multiple product/platform releases
3.leading multiple teams and managers
4.Track record of developing engineers through various career stages and building high-performance teams
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
6.Experienced in using an iterative process such as SCRUM to deliver engineering projects; experience in continuous improvement to development process
Preferred Qualifications:
1.Passion for building new products in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
2.Experience taking a lead role developing complex software systems that have successfully been delivered to customers
3.Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing and operational excellence
4.Demonstrated ability to mentor junior software dev managers
