What do you bring to the role
o BS or above in CS or related field
o Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals, data structures and algorithms
o Proven track records of leading, building and growing high-performance teams with timely and high-quality deliveries.
o 7+ years of software engineering with 4+ years of Big Data experiences
o Experience with several big data technologies (including but not limited to Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Akka Stream, Phoenix/HBase, Redshift, Presto/Athena, Hive, Spark SQL, Snowflake, Impala, BigTable, BigQuery, Druid and Clickhouse)
o Experience of working in a complex, service-oriented software development environment; the experience of building large-scale micro-services preferred
o Proven record of developing and commercially deploying a highly scalable Storage platform leveraging different database technologies
o Ability to work with ambiguity and operationalize emerging technologies
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Excellent in English and has experiences working with international teams.
o Customer Obsession, Proactive and out-of-box thinking, exemplary leadership skills to inspire the team, and drive innovation at the grass-root level"
