The Role: As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge SaaS products. You can expect to be working in a stimulating, collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement within an agile development process, where developers are responsible for end-to-end working software. You will be responsible for hands-on coding as well as mentoring and developing junior engineers while offering strong industry, technical, product and subject matter expertise to our clients.
Your Role Will Include:
o Software development and coding in modern programming languages
o Development of platform capabilities to meet business requirements
o Validating solutions using proof of concepts and prototypes
o Identifying design patterns and approaches to follow for program solutions
o Collaborating with the team to take advantage of new concepts and technologies
o Making informed decisions quickly and taking ownership of services at scale
o Supporting and developing more junior engineers by providing advice and mentorship
o Growing engineering teams by participating in interviewing, recruiting and hiring
o Potential technology stack for this position could include: AWS, Docker, Jenkins, Hadoop, Spark, DynamoDB, Redshift, Redis, Akka or similar technologies
About You:
o Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, physics or related field
o 8+ years of programming experience
o Agile development experience with Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
o Experience with testing methodologies that cover unit, integration and system testing
o A significant track record of learning new concepts, business models and technologies
o Energetic with a passion for software development and emerging technologies
o Quick learner who can manage projects with minimal supervision and a flexible positive attitude

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English

Principal QA Engineer
Responsibilities
?Responsible for feature testing and design automation test cases to cover it
?Develop re-useable test designs and test cases within an agile model
?Execute deep-dive QA forensics - providing extensive issue analysis & decomposition
?Produce and maintain useful and usable documentation of work and contribute regularly to the general Engineering body of knowledge
?Participate in the agile/SCRUM process and collaborate with development and production team throughout all stages of the SDLC
Qualifications
?Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, advanced degree (MS) is preferred
?Hands-on expertise with automation frameworks Java+ TestNG and Selenium, Understanding of software engineering skills and QA/Test and automation methodologies
?3+ years’ experience as a Software QA Engineer testing multi-tier web applications
?Experience with Web UI and API automation testing considered favorably, Experience with Performance test and security test is big plus
?Fluency in English with good verbal and written communication skills
?Excellent teamwork, collaboration and ability to work in a fast-passed environment are required. And passionate about QA and keeping current with industry trends and best practices
?Experience with using one or more QA tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, Jemeter etc
