Principal/Senior Ranking Engineer    

"1.    Dive deep into search ranking results and understand defects and problems
2.    Design fast iterated experiments on Java based ranking framework using statistical or machine learning methods to improve search quality and business metrics.
3.    Collaborate with different teams, including product managers and knowledge masters to deliver search products."    "1.    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related majors
2.    3+ years of coding experience using at least one of the following languages, Java, C++ or Python.
3.    2+ years of solid work with data structures, fundamental algorithms or system design

Preferred:
1.    Hands-on experience with Search Engine/Recommendation Systems, in but not limited to one of the following areas:
1)    Ranking algorithms based on statistical/machine learning modeling and its implementation
2)    Search framework design and implementation, like Lucene, Solr, Elasticsearch
3)    Indexing or search ranking system development
2.    Hands-on experience on big data platform and parallel computation, like Hadoop, Spark
3.    Ability to analyze, simplify and solve problems
4.    Good communication and team play
5.    Master or Ph.D degree in related majors"
