Nonpolar carbon tetrachloride is poured into a test tube. When a nonpolar
colored solid is added, the solid dissolves in the carbon tetrachloride.
When polar water is added to the test tube, it forms a layer on top of the
carbon tetrachloride, since water is immiscible with, and less dense than
carbon tetrachloride.
When nonpolar hexane is added to the test tube, it forms a layer on top of
the water, since hexane is immiscible with, and less dense than water.
When the test tube is vigorously shaken, the two nonpolar liquids form a
single layer at the bottom of the test tube, and the polar water layer sits

看了斑竹列的几个常见的大家问得比较多，但又很少有人回答的问题，觉得斑竹的分析很精辟。对其他的问题，我了解得不多，也不好谈什么经验，但关于买药品、仪器的问题，自己接触的比较多，经常为了一点点药品、为了一个小零件满村子、满北京城的跑。所以有一点点建议。其实就一般的药品和仪器，我想大家大家都应该知道会去学校的药品库买，学校没有的话，一般可以要求他们订。远一点的话，大家可以到中关村试剂所（好像是这名字，记不太清楚了，但位置在太平洋对面）去看看。其实在南门外面有叫一个中科科仪的小公司里有很多东西都可以买得到，那里老板的服务态度不错，尤其是对清北的学生（有一次为了买卡住搅拌桨的小部件找了整个村子都没卖的，最后在他那拆了一套新的连在电机上的搅拌，把拆下来的部件卖给了我，嚯嚯，当时确实有点小感动，不知道现在怎么样了）。可以向他要一本他们公司的产品目录，很多他们那没有的药品、仪器，可以询问他们在哪里有卖的、联系方式等等。需要大批量药品的同学可以直接和北京的一些厂家联系，比如精益啊、北化之类的，这些厂家的联系方式用百度随便一搜就出来了，也可以和一些外省在北京的代理联系，一般来讲这些代理的态度是很好的，有些代理甚至乐意免费提供一些试剂给你，当初为了做絮凝，我找了好几个在北京有代理的公司要试剂，他们不仅免费提供需要的试剂，有些公司还推荐提供了自己还没上市的新药品，同样这些代理的联系方式是可以在网上搜到的。至于一些很少用到的药品、仪器，譬如说在一篇文献上看到过但在市面上有没有卖的，可以通过文章提供的联系方式直接和那些文章的作者联系，询问他们怎么购买这些东西，有些东西是他们实验室自己做的，很多时候他们也乐意提供自己的产品（真正技术保密的东西一般是不会发在文章上的，既然发在文章上了就表明他乐意和大家共享），有一次我饶了好几个圈，竟然竟然发现自己要的冬冬只有华东理工的一个实验室做（当然就顺便要了点，呵呵呵）。一些很稀缺的、国外的药品可以通过师兄、师姐和老板去问，当然有很多也能google查询到生产该产品的公司，然后直接给公司发信、打电话，让他们寄。
呵呵呵，罗嗦了半天，写得很乱，也不知道上面这些在园子里做科研的时候购买药品、仪器的经验对后面的ddmm有没有用，大家捡些有用的看吧，呵呵呵呵....
