深研院自成立以来，将学校的学科优势和深圳的地域优势相结合，紧密结合粤港澳大湾区经济、社会、文化发展需要，探索高校——政府——企业在人才培养和研究创新方面的合作机制，探索办学新模式，为研究成果转化打造平台；定期或不定期举办全国性和国际性高水平学术论坛，推动人文社会科学发展，为总结改革开放前沿的经验模式和发展道路贡献智慧力量。
二、站点优势
深研院充分发挥学校在贸易、金融、法律、企业管理、公共管理等方面的专业特长和专家效应，提供优质咨询服务，承担重大科研项目；开设高级研修班系列课程班及各类机关及企事业单位的定制培训，提供学校优势学科相关领域的优质课程，为社会培养复合型、应用研究型高层次人才，服务于学校创建“双一流”高校的决策部署，致力于推动深圳高等教育跨越式发展和粤港澳大湾区教育目标的实现。
深研院坚持“以交流促合作，以合作求发展，以发展谋共赢”的理念，发挥桥梁与纽带作用，架起校友与校友之间、校友与学校之间的桥梁。2019年7月，举办对外经济贸易大学首届湾区论坛——“新时代中国对外经贸关系的新挑战与新机遇”，在海内外引起强烈反响，极大提升了学校在南方的影响，有效增强了粤港澳大湾区校友的凝聚力。2019年12月，与深圳前海深港现代服务业合作区管理局签订《战略合作框架协议》，在经贸领域开展全方位深度合作，借助学校的学科优势，承担探索改革开放、体制机制创新的重任，共同打造自贸试验区改革创新研究实践基地。
三、招聘领域及研究方向
招收全职博士后科研人员，2021年度招聘计划总数20人左右，专业背景要求与研究领域相关，具体专业不限，研究领域主要包括以下几个方面：
1.数字经济：数字经济与大湾区经济政策研究；
2.国际贸易：“一带一路”贸易问题研究、深港合作区制度建设与创新机制研究；
3.金融：科技金融与量化金融研究、产业投资发展规划研究
4.管理大类：国家治理能力现代化研究、青年发展与社会阶层研究、企业管理与营商环境研究；
5.法学大类：国际法与经济法相关问题研究；

四、工作待遇
1.深研院为进站博士后提供必要的办公和研究条件，并匹配相关专业优质的博士后合作导师（均为对外经济贸易大学知名教授）；
2.为博士后提供每年30万/年的生活补贴（由深圳市政府和对外经济贸易大学共同承担），提供最长两年的持续支持；
3.导师根据科研项目实际参与情况将提供5-10万不等的项目补贴；
4.在达到出站要求的基础上，对于多发表的文章（发表规格达标）会有额外的奖励；
5.科研方面如省部级以上课题顺利结项，或获得其他重要科研奖项，学院另有相应科研资金奖励；
6.根据深圳市有关博士后的户口政策，博士后本人可以在深圳落户，配偶及子女随迁；
7.深研院和博士后合作导师对于表现优异的博士后给予一定的科研奖励；
8.博士后出站选择留（来）深圳市从事科研工作，且与深圳市企事业单位签订3年以上劳动（聘用）合同的出站博士后人员，可获得深圳市政府30万科研资助。
五、申请条件
1.年龄在35周岁以下；
2.品学兼优，身体健康，无违法违纪等不良记录；
3.具有较强的科研能力和相关研究课题的专业背景；
4.本、硕、博原则上就读于国内外一流高校；
5.能够全脱产在本站从事博士后研究工作。
