基本条件
在国内外研究机构获得或近期即将获得硕士或者博士学位，其中博士后要求获得博士学位2年以内，年龄不超过35周岁；
具有心理学、认知神经、生物医学、医学、电生理、神经生物学、计算神经科学、电磁学、智能控制等相关领域；
近年至少在相关专业国际期刊发表1-2篇SCI论文，具有较强的英文读写与交流的能力，逻辑性强，思维缜密，耐心细心和探索精神；
满足以下条件之一者优先：
在非侵入式脑电信号采集与分析相关研究方面：
具有EEG信号采集与解码研究经验；
具有脑-机接口系统搭建与外部设备控制者；
具有运动想象、P300、SSVEP和目标识别、脑电及生理信号与运动检测、图像识别等方向研究者。
在侵入式神经信号采集与分析相关研究方面：
具有猕猴/大鼠脑皮层神经信号采集与解码研究经验者；
具有大动物开颅手术、电极植入经验者；
具有微电极阵列研制及改性研究经验者。
在脑机接口嵌入式算法研究方面：
熟悉ARM架构或DSP、FPGA开发，有相关产品开发经验者；
掌握TCP/IP、USB、SPI、IIC等常用的通信协议者；
至少了解并熟练应用matlab，C，C++，C#，Python等编程语言的一至两种者。
待遇条件
（一）博士后

可将户口按照国家博士后政策迁入北京;

（二）进修生
课题组提供良好的科研环境和条件，可培训带教；
根据进修生的工作基础与创新能力可发放补助；
提供继续攻读硕士和博士等深造机会。
（三）技术员
课题组提供良好的科研环境和条件，可培训带教；
按照国家规定缴纳保险；
依据个人创新能力和相关工作基础，待遇优厚，具体面议。
