We are looking for Executive Assistant to GM of a DirectGroup Bertelsmann company in book co-publishing and wholesales business.
Responsibilities
support GM's daily activities
assist GM to liaison with business partners and authors and draft cooperation agreements
assist GM to deal with copyright issues, from daily coordination, negotiation follow-up, to copyright contract signing
other new business opportunities exploration or tasks assigned by GM
Competencies:
good command of written and oral English
excellent communication & time management skills
media/publishing related experience is a plus
willing to learn and work under pressure
proactive and entrepreneur
