It's not that easy. you've overlooked a point.

Here, especially in the past 3-5 years, foreign capital has basically disappeared. Tech innovation mainly relies on the government. Second- and third-tier cities can't afford this fiscal investment. 不过在东大，所谓的高科技，大家都是模仿，只不过是79分和80分的差距而已

要想垄断市场，必须靠行政命令

比如说ipo名额，肯定一线多，优先

但是即使有一线光环加持，AI四小龙也会完蛋

只要落在拼成本了，一线肯定打不过

现在技术扩散的主要原因就是技术突破停滞了

技术扩散速度加快了
