RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Execute testing, analyze test results, and diagnose failures.
 Develop test case according to TDS (Test Design Specification)
 Report defects through BEA internal system, and help developers fix defects and improve product quality.
 Report testing status to management and publish testing results on internal system.
 Review user manuals and propose changes according to test results.
REQUIREMENTS:
 Strong C/C++ /Java program development skills
 Strong debugging and development skills on UNIX and NT
 Knowledge of the UNIX and/or NT development environments, including Shell programming
 Understand of middleware technologies
 Good communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as work with a team Good English language skills , both spoken and written
 Have well responsibility and Continuously work at least 8 months
