1. Position: Embedded Linux kernel developer (1 intern)
Job Description:
(1). Research on security policy for embedded devices
(2). Develop and test Linux kernel security hooks
(3). Build and improve user-space facilities to make a full security environment for application development
(4). Take part in system integration
(5). Be responsible for deliverables of high quality

Qualifications:
(1). MS in Computer science; Telecom background is a plus;
(2). Understand Linux kernel well and skilled in Linux kernel development;
(3). Skilled in C or C++ development; background in gtk+ programming is a plus;
(4). Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, self-motivation, quick learner;
(5). Technical English reading and writing capability;
(6). Written approval from the tutor and can ensure work at least 3 days each week for at least 3 months;

2. Position: Linux application developer  (1 intern)
Job Description:
(1). Study open source software and improve it according to FT's requirements
(2). Cooperate with other interns to do system integration and do unit/system test;
(3). Be responsible for deliverables of high quality

Qualifications:
(1). MS in Computer science, interested in software R&D job;
(2). Master C, bash programing in Linux; background in gtk+ programming is a plus;
(3). Familiar with Embedded Linux development process and GNU tool-chains
(4). Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, self-motivation, quick learner
(5). Technical English reading and writing capability
(6). Written approval from the tutor and can ensure work at least 3 days each week for at least 3 months;
