IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) is the industry leading middleware for enterprise content management and business process management, it provides an enterprise level infrastructure to manage large collections of digital content including text, graphics, images, video, audio, web content, also it has powerful capabilities to handle complex business process management.
IBM CSDL Enterprise Content Management department founded at the end of 2003. After several years' growth, now it has about 200 professionals working on the Development, QA, Customer Support for almost all IBM Enterprise Content Management products.
You will have chances to play to your strength and apply your creative ideas to the world-class product. The product you design and implement will be used and experienced by the people all over the world. The challenge is huge yet the future is much more appealing. Except ECM technology, you will also learn a lot about other IBM products like DB2, Websphere, Tivoli, LDAP, etc. since IBM ECM is a complex middleware based on them. Qualification
- Master or above degree, major in Computer Science or related ones.
- Good written/spoken English.
- At least full-time work in IBM site for 3 days or above per week.
- At least 3 months' internship in IBM. Long-term intership is preferred.
Skill Requirement
- Experience with Web development
- Strong JAVA/C/C++ progamming skill
- Experience with DB2/Oracle, embedded SQL in C Stored Procedure and UDF are plus
- Experience with JMS, Java Servlet, JDBC
- Experience with XML/XPath/SOAP
- Experience with TSM(Tivoli Storage Management) is a plus
- Knowledge of WebSphere Administration, scripting(Not required, a plus if have it).
- Experience with UML/JUnit/AJAX will be a plus.
