Qualifications:
Graduate students in Tsinghua University.
Major: Software Engineering related
The Interns are selected on the basis of high academic achievements and proven professional working experience (through either full-time job or internship).

Required:

•    Proficiency in java, xml, and object oriented programming
•    Ability to work well in a team environment
•    Good problem solving skills
•    Good communications skills in English with the ability to work well with others in geographically distributed locations

Recommended:
Experience/expertise with JavaScript, html, the html/xhtml specifications, the Apache Tomcat application server, the Apache commons libraries, and the Eclipse IDE.  Financial sector experience and experience in web services and service oriented architecture (SOA) are all pluses.
