Project Area Description

IBM Enterprise Content Manager (ECM) is the industry leading middleware for
enterprise content management, it provides an infrastructure to manage large
collections of digital content including text, graphics, images, video, audio
and web content.

CSDL ECM department works together with SVL for Development, QA and customer
support for almost all the ecm products. CSDL ECM department was founded at the
end of 2003 with several people, after 3 years' expansion, it has over 150
professionals. Now we are seeking more excellent student to join us.

Intern Job Description
--------------------------
- Assisting with the preparation and execution of performance tests following
test strategies and detailed test plan documents.
- Assisting with the development of automating test script using testing tools
- Assisting with the comparation and analysis of the performance test results
- Assisting with the creation of the performance test summary report


Fundamental Qualifications:
--------------------------

- Some experience in software testing(either using custom methods or commercial
tools).
- Experience with J2EE development environments using WebSphere.
- Familiar with Linux/UNIX and shell programming.
- Basic knowledge of RDBMS(Oracle or DB2)
- Good collaboration-cooperation spirit and excellent communication skills
- Quick learning.


Preferred Qualifications:
--------------------------
- Familiar with database performance monitoring and tuning(Oracle/DB2) or
- Familiar with theory and methods of software performance testing or
- Familiar with performance testing tools like Loadrunner/Rational Performance
Tester or

- Familiarity with IBM Content Manager.

Others:
--------------------------
- 每周能够保证至少24小时实习时间。
