Requirements
Only (1) or (2) is mandatory.
-    development working experience:
-    (1) JSP
-    Struts/Webwork/Tapestry
-    Spring/EJB
-    Hibernate /iBATIS/ JDO
-    (2)ASP.NET
-    Enterprise library
-    MSMQ
-    Those how have experience in following technology are plus.
-    (3)WPF,WCF,WF
-    (4)DirectShow
-    (5)C++(COM,ATL)
-    (6)Strong ability to communication, teamwork and learning
-    (7)Good written/spoken English
