Responsibilities:
1.Working as the technical resource of a SE team to provide technical support with BEA products, e.g., developing demonstrations and POC, delivering benchmark, and so on.
2.Maintaining SE team’s internal knowledge base, POCs, Demos, and other repeatable technical resources.
3.Making knowledge sharing with SEs about pure technical topics.
4.Tracks customer’s/partner’s technical issues and escalates to others in BEA, where needed.
5.Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

General Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
2.Good presentation, oral and written communication skills
3.Excellent technical documentation skills
4.Speak standard mandarin Chinese syllabify
5.Good oral and written English
6.Sales sense including the ability to overcome objections, persuade and convince others, think and react ‘quickly - on your feet’

Technical Qualifications:
1.Have hands-on development experiences with Java/J2EE,WebServices, HTML, XML, JavaScript and other related tools and technologies;
2.Experience with Web servers and applications servers, e.g., Tomcat, IIS, Apache, JBoss, preferably BEA Weblogic Server
3.Knowledge of write SQL along with a strong understanding of relational databases, specifically Oracle and MySQL;
4.Knowledge of both MS Windows and Unix-style operating systems
5.Knowledge of software engineering, Object-Oriented methodology.
6.Familiar with JAVA development tools such as Eclipse、NetBean  etc
7.Familiar and have developed in API’s such as EJB, JMS,JDBC, Servlet, JSP
8.Firm understanding of Best Practice Development approaches such as MVC
9.Knowledge of XML technologies including  XML Scheams, XPath etc.
10.Understanding of Webservices technologies including SOAP, WSDL and UDDI.
11.Good understanding of Open Source technologies e.g. Apache Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Axis
