因项目需要，IBM中国研究院招聘实习生进行开发（及部分研究）工作，具体要求如下(marked in * is a must, others as a plus)
      Technical Requirements:
        * 具有丰富的Java&J2EE项目开发和设计经验，能理解需求，独立&优质量完成相应模块
        * 熟悉Web Service编程，有一定的BPEL经验
          一定的UI开发能力（JSP/Servlet, SWT, JFace, Swing, etc）
          基于Eclipse plugin的开发技能
          Architecture设计
      Other Requirements:
        * 一周至少4天在CRL（周末为非工作时间），基于人员培养的需要，至少6个月的实习时间 (全职perferred)
          master and PHD Candidate preferred(for time concern)
        * Good communication skill and team work spirit
        * Very Fast Learner
          Research capabilities will be a plus for candidates.
