Requirements:
- Master candidate of Electronics Ph.D. candidate is preferred
- Good knowledge in Principle of semiconductor physics and devices
- Proven experience and knowledge in IC design and EDA software application, Semiconductor IC,
- Good at English reading and writing
- Work in Beijing
- Able to start work ASAP

Duration:
1. 3 days/week
2. 3 months duration
