Position: New Product Production Engineer(Electronical) Intern

Job Responsibilities:
-- Design of new product manufacturing processes from design outputs, e.g. line arrangements, detail operation/test steps setup, etc;
-- From product design to full production, identify  opportunities  to  improve  the  manufacturing  process  to  increase  product  value  by  optimizing design, reducing  cost,  improving  quality  and  reducing  cycle  time  and  safety  environment  improvement;
-- Develop  actions  and  participate  with  program team  in  the  successful  launching  of  new  products  and  manufacturing  processes
-- Develop qualification plan of new product, setup of goals and steps to achieve;
-- Develop and validation of production test equipments, to ensure meet production requirements
-- Setup labor hour tagets, and detail plan to reduce at each milestones

Job Requirements:
-- Bachalor degree or above in Electrical Engineering;
-- Design for Manufacturability knowledge;
-- Good communication skills in both mandarin and English;
-- Familiar with VC/VB programming;
-- Familiar with PCB design, firmware programming;
-- Minimum 4days per week preferred;
