Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
· Training events coordination, including student's enrolment, arrangement of training
Venue and students' accommodation, student’s issue resolving.
· Training development assistance to training development manager, including training
Materials design and publishing or copying.
· Training database establishment and updating
· Translate article to English
· Planning of training and Academy related events and meetings
· Arrangement of the training related paper work, such as training passes, test files, Certificates
· Publish Newsletter by month
· Analysis training data, make PPT. Report by end of program
· File document (Include hard & soft copy)
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Fluent English skills on Oral and Writing.
流利的英语口语及书写能力
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
很好的沟通及人际交往能力
· Bachelor degree or above
大学本科毕业或以上
Desired:
· B.A. Sr. undergraduate or Master degree majored in HR or Business Administration
