Background / General description:
The Communication Technology Lab of Intel China Research Center requires a researcher to study memory architecture on next generation computer. Best equipments and environment are provided. You will also have chance to work with the world's top tier researchers. If your are interested in memory architecture and especially if your PHD direction is in this field, this will be a great chance for you.

Duties and Accountabilities:
* Give presentation at least every two weeks on state-of-the-art memory techniques or your creative ideas;
* Come up with your own new ideas and do experiments to evaluate them;
* Document your mature ideas and write papers based on it. You are expected to publish more than two papers within this period;

Selection Criteria:
* PHD candidate in related field with no less than two years of postgraduate study;
* Creative;
* C/C++ programming, memory simulation, data analysis;
* Good writing skills in English;
* Ability to work independently;
