负责IMS统一客户端设计，开发和测试  

Position Summary

Software Engineer for developing and testing Lucent IMS PC Client.


基本任职要求：

1. 计算机，通讯，电子，数学以及相关专业的本科及以上学历，
2. 具有较强的Windows平台下的C/C＋＋编程技能  
3. 熟悉面向对象设计模式
4. 熟悉SIP和RTP协议，具有SIP编程经验为佳
5. 具有UNIX或者LINUX操作系统的实际使用经验
6. 流利的英语口语、读、写交流能力
7. 有团队意识

满足以下要求者优先：
1. 具有windows平台下网络编程经验，熟悉ACE编程
2. 具有Windows客户端软件的开发经验，熟悉VC+MFC.
3. 熟悉VoIP常用视频/音频编解码
4. 了解IMS,VoIP和3GPP相关标准和技术
5. 了解电信网络相关知识

Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in telecommunication, EE, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc
2. Proficient in C/C++ programming under Windows platform
3. Knowledge and understanding of the Object Oriented Design Patterns
4. Knowledge with SIP/RTP，SIP programming experience is preferred.
5. Practical knowledge and experience in using Unix or Linux
6. Fluent English in reading, writing, listening and speaking (CET-6 is preferred)
7. Good teamwork and interpersonal communication skill

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience of GUI design for multimedia communication client, experiences with MFC.
2.  Experience with network programming under windows, mastering ACE is preferred
3. Experience of audio/video codec
4. Understanding of the IMS, VoIP and 3GPP
5. Understanding of telecommunication network
6. Good teamwork and interpersonal communication skill
