Internship for WiMAX system on MAC layer

Job description/ Purpose:

· Study 16e specifications and investigate MAC related features, such as mobility management, handoff, ARQ, security and so on.
· Evaluate key algorithms of WiMAX MAC layer like scheduling, link adaptation, QOS.
· Perform system level simulation on the performance of throughput, capacity and coverage for cell deployment

Requirement:
· Master or Doctoral degree of EE
· Proficient in software programming using C/C++ or Matlab.
· Experience in MAC modeling or system level simulation is required
· Good knowledge of communication theory and signal processing is preferred.
· Good teamwork spirit and communication skills
