Description
" Researching and analyzing China's telecom and technology sector including interviewing company executives and government officials, monitoring Chinese press, and research conducted through the Internet.
" Reviewing the technical publications, conduct in-depth analysis of the market and the products available.
" Building relationships with the telecom equipment vendors and other participants in the industry, and drafting reports related to this field for BDA clients and for publication in BDA research.
" Assisting in consulting projects for BDA clients including analysis of the market, strategy development, and drafting reports to clients.
Qualifications
" Master degree; majors in telecommunication and electronics are preferred
" Fluency in written and spoken English
" Previous employers may include leading telecom equipment companies or telecom research and consulting companies
" Previous work experience in market analysis on telecom equipment market would be a plus
" Strong analytical skills
" Understanding of the telecom industry and knowledge of the latest trends in the Information technology industry
" Good interpersonal skills and team work
" At least 3 days a week, full time preferred.
