FTR&D Beijing is looking for intern students to work in the research of voice conversion for Mandarin Text-to-Speech.

Position requirements:
- Education:
  + PHD student from the Top-level University or research institute in China
- Working experiences
  + Good academic background in TTS, speech processing, pattern recognition
  + Full of creative and innovative idea in research
  + Publish some high level papers
- Good programming skill on C /C++ on Linux/Unix OS; or Windows OS
- Good team spirit and quick learner, have the curiosity to learn advanced technology
- Strong innovation ability and self-driven motivation
- Work in FTR&D Beijing Lab, 3 days in a week

Soft skill requirements:
- Fluent in spoken/written English
- Strong ability in documentation and presentation
