Group Overview
Our research work in distributed system area focuses on performance, scalability, reliability and manageability issues. We conduct research projects targeting at addressing challenging issues in the data center infrastructure, and build practical systems to solve these challenges. The research topics include:
1.    High performance and scalability distributed systems, replication protocol.
2.    Core services in the data center, index serve, naming services.

Roles & Responsibilities
Participate in research project, to work on computer systems planning, designing, and building.

Required Qualifications:
If you are
1.    BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
2.    Be patient and careful, high responsibility, strong team worker.
3.    Strong interesting and basic knowledge about system, distributed system.
4.    Experience in C/C++. Experience in debugging the distributed system is a plus.
5.    Be familiar with socket programming, familiarity with IOCP programming model is a plus.
6.    Good reading and written in English.
7.    Can get advisor’s written approval, can commit at least three-month’s internship, longer term is preferred.
