薪资:1500元/月
Assistant to Chief Representative,
Report to Beijing Chief Rep and also to marketing manager (based in Shanghai)
Work hours: 2PM-6PM Monday - Friday (occasional overtime for events)
1. Administration:
Printing, copying, couriering, gift purchasing and packaging, stationery management, etc
2. Accounting:
Helping the chief rep with office expense filing and other miscellaneous finance/accounting issues when needed
3. Client database management
Update the databases from time to time as needed
4. Event management:
Coordinating with the chief rep and Ivey marketing manager for event logistics; taking care of the logistic side for events in Beijing, including venue booking, venue set up, on-site support at the event day, managing registration before event and consolidating attendees' information after event
5. Corporate visitors
Arranging hotels, limo, and city tour when Beijing office has corporate visitors.
Requirements:
1. detail-oriented
2. High ethical standards
3. Can work with excel (for database management)
4. Basic English skills (can read and write emails, basic conversation)
