1. Solid CS background (no, you don’t have to be CS major to apply, but you need to be able to tell the differences between a linked list and an array)
2. An eye for details and a relentless pursue of perfection (This should be a no brainer, as we are asking you to find fault in other people’s logic…)
3. C++/C# coding skills (ok, you can learn on the job if you are not that strong to start with, but you need to know a thing or two about coding)
4. Self-motivated and likes taking on challenges (duh! We are not baby sitters, nor do I believe you want to be baby-sit)
5. Oral and written English communication (if you don’t read a word of English, then you probably don’t qualify, since you won’t understand any of our documents. Otherwise, you don’t have to be an English professor in order to apply. )
