为了发现在学术与社会活动中成绩突出的大学生，2008年7－8月，麦肯锡公司将在北京和上海开展为期6－8个星期的暑期商业分析员项目，现诚邀有智慧、有创意、有个性的人才踊跃申请。
成功的申请人将有机会进入项目组工作、了解麦肯锡的工作方式；还将 参加麦肯锡的培训研讨会及其他职业、社会活动。他们将获赠麦肯锡季刊。表现优异的暑期商业分析员还将获得麦肯锡全职商业分析员的工作。
    
申请人应具备以下资质：
知名大学本科3年级或研究生1、2年级学生，并将于2009年毕业；成绩优异
对管理咨询有浓厚兴趣，并有志往此方向发展
在领先的跨国公司或本地公司有兼职经验
具备领导能力
具有优秀的中英文沟通能力

McKINSEY SUMMER BUSINESS ANALYST (BA) PROGRAM

McKinsey & Company (麦肯锡公司) is a world-leading global management consulting firm with 5500 consultants and 900 partners in 83 offices across 45 countries. We advise the world’s leading companies and public institutions on matters of strategy, organization and operations.
Our Greater China Office, with locations in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Taipei, is looking for bright, creative people of exceptional intellectual ability and character to join our Summer Business Analyst (BA) Program in Beijing and Shanghai.
The 6-8 week program runs during July and August and is designed to give you an insight into life at McKinsey, and this program offers a real chance to meet and work with our people. As a Summer BA, you will have exposure to McKinsey by attending our training workshops, enjoying a complementary subscription to the McKinsey Quarterly and attending professional and social events while working full-time with teams on client projects.
Successful completion of the Summer BA program may lead to an offer of a permanent full time Business Analyst role.
The program is designed to recognize academic  & extracurricular achievements of top local university students.

Required credentials:    
3rd year undergraduate, or 1st and 2nd graduate  students, who will be graduating in 2009 from top universities with an outstanding record of academic achievement
Demonstrated interest in initial exposure and further development in a career in management consulting
Related part- time work experience with leading multinational and local companies
Demonstrated leadership ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
