Job descritpion
UMG's Business Planning, Architecture and Software organization is looking for a highly motivated and skillful software  engineer intern to join our engineering team working on UMG's next generation MID(Mobile Internet Device) platform.

In this position, you will be joining a growing, nimble software engineering team within the UMG UPAS Software organization. You will be involved in developing/testing Intel x86-based Ultra Mobile platform SW and value-add technologies as core elements of UMG products. You will work on Linux* SW investigation, implementation, optimization, validation and defect fixing.

Qualifications
- Master or Ph.D candidates, major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering are preferred
- Linux software development background with C/C++ programming experience
- Good understanding of IA architecture and Linux operating systems
- Team player and good communication skills
- Knowledge of SW developing/testing process
- 3-4 days per week working time
