Responsibility:
We invited you to join the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) in Beijing and help develop cutting-edge technologies. ATC is a new division in Microsoft Research Asia (MSRA) launched in late 2003. It will focus on further developing innovations produced in the lab, and will enable MSRA to work with a larger number of technologies and accelerate technology transfer to Microsoft product groups.
The SDE/T will be responsible for designing test plans, developing and implementing test cases, and designing and implementing test tools. He/She will work with developers and program managers closely.

Requirement:
1. Understand computer science basics;
2. Understanding and strong interest in software testing are desired;
3. Strong analytical, design, debugging and testing skills;
4. Strong coding skills in C/C++ or C# is required;
5. Being self-motivated and detail-oriented is highly desired;
6. Strong oral and written communication skills are required;
7. A BS in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
