Position:          OAM System Integration and Verification Engineer

Location:          Beijing

Employment status: Intern

Responsibilities & Main Tasks:

·       Integrate hardware and software of different nodes to implement OAM system for mobile radio nework, core network and IP Network.

·       Design and perform integration tests, debug node and system issues, verify compliance of interfaces and features

·       Work in cross-functional team environment with Systems Engineering and System Development and participate in design, implementation and test reviews

·       Drive quick resolution of the problems by coordinating the tests with H/W, S/W engineers and system design

Required Skills:

·       Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science required, students in Grade 2 preferred

·       Familiar with telecom testing concepts and operations

·       Knowlegde of system technology and protocols in one or more of the following areas is requried: GSM/GPRS, WCDMA, CDMA2000, TD-SCDMA, IMS.

·       knowledge of Network management protocols (SNMP, CORBA, CMIP, UDP, TCP/IP) is required

·       Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

·       Knowledge of Perl/TCL and scripting skills is preferred

·       Knowledge of basic UNIX operation is required

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required

·       Strong teamwork skills
