Web2.0 development

Requirements:
Familiar with Java technologies, OOA and OOD
Familiar with web technologies, Javascript, HTTP, XML, HTML, CSS, DOM, web service etc.
Hands-on web 2.0 development experience (AJAX, REST, RSS, ATOM, Dojo etc.) are preferred
Familiar with LAMP, Ruby on Rails is a plus
Familiar with UML is a plus
Self-motivated and good teamwork
Creative thinking and quick learner
Good at spoken and written English.
