Group Overview
Microsoft Research (MSR) Asia and MSN Search have partnered to create the exciting new Search Technology Center (STC) in Beijing, China. Launched in October of 2005, the center is dedicated to advancing the state-of-the-art in search technology and delivering a more intelligent and powerful search experience to MSN users around the world. The mission is to:
• Deliver innovative Search products and services together with MSN/Live search
• Accelerate innovations by seamlessly combining research and development in MSRA
• Evolve Search platform into an Internet Service platform for the next generation of Internet research and development
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Work with team members to get familiar with SNMP and Cisco switches.
2. Build an offline tool to monitor and check the settings on Cisco switch.
3. Integrate the offline tool into existing network management system.
Required Qualifications

1. BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or any related technical field and possess the following skills;
2. Good programming skills and problem solving skills.
3. Strong network background.
4. Good communication skills and excellent teamwork.
