Job title: CEO office intern
Responsibility
1. Help CEO Assistant to manage administrative work, which include:
A. Reimbursement for administrative expenses;
B. Update contract management system and assist the negotiation of contract;
C. Update staff management system and staff information on the intranet;
D. Purchase stationery and office commodities monthly and in charge of their stock;
E. Prepare necessary documents for applying and renewing the official papers of expatriates;
F. Other work
2. Assist HR to do some HR related work
A. Assist Software industry premier application: collect and check personal ID card copies and diploma copies; input personal information on website;
B. Involved in flexible benefit program;
C. Assist to control attendance software;
D. Assist to hold staff birthday party;
E. Assist staff reimbursement: input expense information to reimbursement template;
F. Manage staff bank account, both in excel and hard copy;
G. Other work.
Requirement
1. At least 3 days per week, ideally be currently in their final year of a Bachelor program, or first year of a Master program;
2. Good oral and written English, French is a plus;
3. Skilful in Microsoft office tools including Word, Excel, and PPT
4. Sense of responsibility;
5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
6. Quick learner, could take big challenges, and work under pressure.
7. Good communication and presentation skills
8. Experience of HR and software industry premier application is preferred.
