Sun Microsystems is launching a worldwide Campus Ambassador Program. In China, Sun will 100 ambassadors.

To strengthen the communication between ambassadors and Sun Management teams, Sun is looking for 4 students with strong organizational and management skills to work approximately 30 hours per week and serve as the direct liaison between Sun and the Campus Ambassadors in China.

Direct responsibilities include:
Keep in touch with Sun HR team and other management teams for the ambassador recruitment and follow up with ambassadors’ on-boarding.
Complete the Ambassador payrolling process with HR. Stay in touch with contact for status of new hire.
Coordinate Ambassador orientation and training times.
Facilitate ongoing communication among ambassador and mentors to promote sharing of best practices, tools and resources
Provide Ambassador with ADI program artifacts, collateral and presentations. Make sure they update events in University Relations calendar and monitor give away requests.
Supervise Ambassador's progress toward implementing prescribed events and marketing tactics as outlined in their Ambassador Development Plan. Keep lines of communication open with Campus managers to evaluate progress.
Compile monthly Ambassadors reports.

Abilities request
Student of universities in Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou and Shanghai.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrate abilities to work collaboratively and good people interaction/management skills.
Passion for academia and interaction with students and faculty
The ability to understand objective and the ability to work as part of a team environment
Ability to gather and report on strategic intelligence in a systematic manner
Good spoken and written English skills.
Work as this position for more than 6 months, at least 3 days a week.

Abilities prefer:
Master degree candidate in Business, Communication, or Computer Science.
Experience as a member of a Student University Council at College level.
