1) Programming skill
Strong C/C++ skill
Strong debugging skill
Solid Database knowledge, major in Database is a big plus.
Proficiency in using Linux, Unix and Windows server
2) Soft skill

Solve problems independently
Team player
Good listening, speaking, reading and writing in English
