A. Web 2.0 programming
Experienced in JavaScript programming, familiar with Ajax and relevant technologies such as HTML, CSS, SVG, VML and so forth
Experienced in development using dojo, or other JavaScript toolkits

B. Java foundation programming
Have large project working experience, good coding style, and familiar with design patterns
Experienced in Java Multi-thread programming, performance tuning and optimizing

C. Proficient with EMF and GEF and familiar with their internal architectures is a Plus.

D. Familiar with Database programming

E. Familiar with IBM middleware (WAS, WPS) is a plus

F. English Paper Writing skill:
Not highly expected, treat it as a plus.

3 Others:
Time requirement - better have 4 working days a week in lab;
Long term collaboration potentials, have interest in working in IBM.
