Responsibilities:
To Help HR day-to-day operations:
 HR data collection calculation
 Contact with agency for expatriate visa and work permit
 Annual leave record
 Payments follow-up
 Telephone interviewee
 On-board issues follow-up etc.
 All related HR works assigned
Requirements:
 Master/bachelor graduate of 2008, HR major.
 Good English skills both in writing and speaking
 Good communication and negotiation skills
 Skillful with MS office systems: word, excel, PPT, outlook etc..
 Must be a hard-worker, and with a serious, careful and honest character.
 Must guarantee 5 working days in a week and 6 months internship consistently.
 All internship candidates should come from the leading universities of Beijing area.
 The candidate who owns the intern experience in a multinational company is highly preferred.
