Internship Openings at Integrated Data Systems Department, Siemens Corporate Research, USA

The Data Integration Group of the Integrated Data Systems Department of Siemens Corporate Research has several internship openings, with a flexible starting date from this summer. The duration is at least 6 months, and longer stay is preferable. In this position, the successful candidates will conduct leading-edge research on emerging technologies, as well as develop business-enabling solutions for our partner companies in diverse fields from medical imaging to transportation systems to power generation. Successful innovative candidates will have chance to submit patent applications and conference/journal publications.

Knowledge and skills required:

-Java proficiency
-Web programming skills with JSP, Servlets, Javascripts
-Strong knowledge of XML related technologies
-Knowledge of data management
-Experience in developing complex software system
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills a must
-English language fluency
