Job description
1.Telephone Switchboard
- Operate switchboard console, handle all incoming calls and forward to appropriate parties, drop down messages and pass to appropriate parties.
2. Receive Guests
- Greet and receive all visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
3. Conference Room
- Handle off-line Conference Room Booking, fulfill meeting room registration system; know meeting room condition at any time.
4. Other Tasks
- Back-up support for Administration Department.
- Assist in some parts of accountant work.
- Assist other CORE staff in minor request.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor degree in English related.
Work Experience:
• 0- 2 years experience in a multinational company in China, in receptionist role preferred
• Good communication skill.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese is a must.
• Strong cooperation spirit and responsible.
• Mature & resourceful team player and able to work under pressure.
• Good PC skills especially Word and Excel.
