*Job Description*
>>Responsible for providing technical support to customers in the Greater China and global customers.
>>Answer telephone hotline and web based inquiries from customers regarding Red Hat software.
>>Analyze problems with non-functioning software to identify problem areas and recommend corrective action.
>>Use professional concept and exercise judgment within defined procedures.
*Job Requirement*
>>Bachelor degree in technical related discipline or equivalent.
>>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
>>Excellent learning skill.
>>Excellent understanding of Linux/Unix and Open Source technology will be preferred.
>>Experience in kernel, TCP/IP, LDAP/NIS, NFS, SAMBA and storage (like SAN/NAS/iSCSI) will be preferred.
