The chosen applicant should be able to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience:

* Good standard of general education and a willingness to learn new things and to change

* Very high standard of written and spoken English (Manager is native English)

* Good attitude and personality with a high level of personal motivation and initiative

* Strong computer skills, confidently using Microsoft Office tools
Ability to learn and use company’s processes and web based systems to access information, applying procedures and amending records

* Good organisational skills

* Interest to acquire understanding the work of Strategy and Business Development team

* Professional approach and ability to prioritise work flexibly and meet deadlines through self-management

* Be able readily to communicate and work effectively with a wide range of staff, colleagues and contacts (both local and foreign)
