Julio Cesar has suffered brusing to his face after smashing his Lamborghini
in a road accident near the San Siro on Sunday night, and he is now in doubt
for Inter's Champions League clash against Chelsea on Wednesday.

Sky Sport Italia reports the goalkeeper escaped without serious injury, but
with bruising to his face after crashing his car near the San Siro area of M
ilan.

He turned up for training at Appiano Gentile on Monday morning, but he was s
ent home by Inter staff after being unable to train with the rest of the squ
ad. The cause of the accident remains unknown.

News of the accident spread throughout the team, and it is said the atmosphe
re around the club is sombre. Jose Mourinho is also said to be annoyed after
hearing what happened.

Francesco Toldo has been training in preparation for the game against Chelse
