Toldo On Verge Of Chievo Switch
Inter goalkeeper Francesco Toldo is expected to join Chievo Verona in the coming days following a meeting between the presidents of the two clubs, Luca Campedelli and Massimo Moratti, that paved the way for the deal to go through.

Following two seasons on the bench, Toldo wants to change club and find a team which can guarantee him first team football, and this seems possible if he accepts the chance to join the Flying Donkeys.

Chievo, who just obtained promotion from Serie B after topping the standings, are in fact trying to sign the veteran goalkeeper, and both the Nerazzurri and the player are favourable about this move.

A meeting between Campedelli and Moratti occurred in Milan, where the two presidents reached an agreement, also thanks to the good rapport which exists between the two clubs.

Now it's up to Toldo to accept the move and play with the newly promoted side, and everything seems to point to the fact that the player will accept this deal and go ahead with the transfer.
