Latest reports in the UK are suggesting that Manchester United coach Alex Ferguson has set his sights on Inter Milan forward and Italy Under-21 international Mario Balotelli (19), who is worth 40 million Euros (as recently stated by Inter owner and chairman Massimo Moratti).

Apparently, Ferguson told his entourage that he believes in Balotelli's raw talent and is planning to sign the youngster for 35 million Euros as he plans to turn the youngster into the next Old Trafford star. Developments are expected this month or in early August.

As previously reported, Manchester City are also tracking Balotelli. The Citizens are preparing a bid of 30 million euros to sign him ahead of the Red Devils. A Manchester transfer market derby is underway.
