Inter President Massimo Moratti has revealed that he likes the fact there is a loophole in Fabio Capello's contract with England.
It's no secret that Capello is Moratti's No 1 choice to replace Jose Mourinho who will be unveiled at Real Madrid this afternoon.
At first it looked like an impossible mission, but despite statements of intent, Capello's contract was apparently never revised from the one he signed in 2007.
That means he can free himself for just ￡4m after the World Cup in South Africa this summer.
Interviewed by Sky Italia last night, Moratti said: “It makes me happy that a Coach of Capello's level is available.
“We are doing a 360 degree view, there are other names under exam, not many but we aren't thinking about making a decision in a hurry like everyone thinks.
“It's a delicate decision that requires the right timing,” Moratti concluded.
